Asante sana to all those who attended our Open House last week, celebrating the strength and resilience of refugee girls and women. This event was much more than simply an 'open house.' Our staff and participants led hands-on demonstrations, providing a behind-the-scenes glimpse into our vocational, mental health, and digital literacy programs. Our guests were also treated to extraordinary music, dance, and fashion performances, led by our participants and Artisan Collective members.
We are deeply grateful to our amazing participants and staff whose hard work brought this event to life, our dedicated Board members for their ongoing leadership, and our vital NGO partners, government leaders, donors, and diplomats whose collaboration and generosity make our mission possible. Even though our Open House is over, our house is always open to you, our RefuSHE community! Watch the video below for a snapshot of this joyous day.
