RACHEL HENDERSON ELIFF

Rachel Henderson Eliff is Executive Vice President and head of Corporate Social Good at Fenton. Rachel is an award-winning senior communications professional with 20 years of social impact storytelling and cause marketing experience. Her issues expertise ranges widely, from global development, public health, sport philanthropy, refugees and migration, to consumer brands, public affairs, sustainability and healthcare.

She offers communications strategies for leading brands and global organizations to build a better world. She is a sought–after thought leader and speaker on virtual reality storytelling, social impact communications, CSR and cause marketing strategies, and brings this expertise to her clients at Fenton. Some of the brands and organizations she has counseled include Johnson & Johnson, Hyundai, McKinsey Health Institute, PwC, Under Armour, Applied Materials, United Nations Foundation, National Park Foundation, Chris Long Foundation, Smile Train and many more.

Throughout her career, Rachel has served in a variety of leadership and advisory roles for local, regional and global organizations that support women and girls, offering strategic communications and programmatic counsel. For six years, she served on the Board of Directors for Washington Women in PR, leading its pro-bono nonprofit clients Doorways and the National Women’s Law Center. She has supported United to Beat Malaria, Girl Up, mothers2mothers, Together for Girls, DC Diaper Bank, the Capital Area Food Bank, Prevent Human Trafficking, the Mahendra Singh Foundation, and more. She is a leading fundraiser for the March of Dimes, recently speaking at its Heroines of Washington gala to raise awareness of her son’s premature birth and NICU journey.
