HANI MASOOD

Co-Chair, US Board of Directors

Hani Masood is a Managing Director in the Business Performance Improvement (BPI) practice at Protiviti, a global consulting firm that helps leaders manage risk and improve operations.  Hani has over 24 years of consulting experience specializing in program management, business transformation and finance process optimization. 

At Protiviti, Hani leads Chicago’s BPI practice and serves as the Central Region Leader for the Firm’s Managed Business Solutions delivery model.  During his 22 years at Protiviti, Hani has taken on a variety of leadership roles to support clients across Internal Audit, Advisory, Public Company Readiness, Corporate Governance Programs and many other areas.

Before joining Protiviti, Hani was with the General Electric (GE) Company in a Leadership Development Training Program where he traveled through 4 different GE businesses managing internal Six Sigma Projects.  Hani attended the University of Florida where he received his B.S. in finance with a dual major in criminology and minor in economics.

Hani has been on the RefuSHE’s US Board since August of 2020 and is very passionate about the organizations mission in helping protects, educates, and empowers orphaned, unaccompanied, and separated refugee girls and young women to build healthier and more resilient futures for themselves and their children.
