LILLIAN KANTAI

Lillian Kantai is the Senior Program Officer, Protection and Social Cohesion, for Lutheran World Federation. She brings 20+ years of experience in development, child protection and sponsorship, human rights, and humanitarian organizations in Kenya. Ms. Kantai led the development of several community based human rights networks, including for refugees. She brings extensive experience creating organizational strategy plans, annual plans, policy documents, manuals as well as advocacy and gender action plans and strategies.
