Dina Dukhqan has more than 20 years of experience in the field of global development and not-for-profit organizational leadership through startup, expansion, and change management. Throughout her career, Dina held senior positions, such as the Executive Director of the Young Entrepreneurs Association, Partners Jordan, and Honoring Women Worldwide. Through these positions, she focused on monitoring and evaluating programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and built a track record in strategic planning and budget oversight to support organizational growth and expansion. Through her work with organizations such as Partners Global, Women for Women International, and the American Near East Refugee Aid, she conducted assessments identifying needs and recommending program design structure, and succeeded in securing diverse funding portfolios from international and domestic aid agencies and individuals. Dina built an expansive background working internationally in more than 40 countries such as Jordan, West Bank & Gaza, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Rwanda, Nigeria, DRC, Syria, Morocco, Tunisia, and Egypt. Dina’s areas of focus are gender and refugees, and she is an advocate for the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dina holds a Master’s degree from the University of Jordan and is fluent in English and Arabic.
